Presidential Candidate of the ruling party “BENNO BOKK YAKAAR” and former Prime minister Amadou Ba has released a statement congratulating the Candidate of the “DIOMAYE PRESIDENT 2024” coalition and Ousmane Sonko’s right hand man, Bassirou Diomaye Faye on the tendencies of him winning the elections in the first round.
Though the cumulative results are yet to be proclaimed, yet early results have put Bassirou Diomaye Faye in front with approximately over 57% of total votes recorded in his favor.
