Presidential nominations have commenced in the Gambia on Saturday ahead of the general election on 4 December.
The aspirants were seen presenting their nomination papers to the Independent Electoral Commission, IEC, Headquarters in Banjul.
One of the 26 presidential aspirants, Mathew Gomez withdrew at the eleventh hour on the day of the nomination.
