Nigeria’s President, Bola Tinubu, has removed The Chief of Defense Staff, all Service Chiefs, the Inspector General of Police, and the Comptroller General of the Nigeria Customs Service from office.

This announcement was made by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Senator George Akume, in a statement issued on Monday in Abuja.

As Usman Umar reports from Abuja, Tinubu had previously suspended Abdul Rasheed Bawa as EFCC chairman and Godwin Emefiele as the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
