In Guinea Bissau, President Umaru Sissoko Emballo has accused the opposition of orchestrating what has been characterized as an attempted coup in the country a week ago.
Last Thursday, gunfire exchanges occurred in the capital, Bissau, involving elements of the National Guard and the presidential Special Forces.
