In Guinea, the defamation case between the Minister of Justice and the director of privately owned local radio station – Radio Espace and one of its journalists will no longer go to trial.
According to reports, the parties involved have reached an amicable settlement.
The minister of Justice Alphonse Charles Right, accused station manager, Lamine Guirassy and one of the journalists, Mohamed Mara of defamation.
