The ECOWAS Court of Justice has reviewed the appeal for the release of the ousted Nigerien president, Mohamed Bazoum, and his family on Monday.
This application was submitted by their legal representatives a few weeks ago.
As Oge Obierika reports, the Community Court of Justice is anticipated to render its judgment on this case on November 30.
