Civil society stakeholders and policymakers Wednesday converged on Zambia’s capital, Lusaka for the second Summit for Democracy.
Leading the planning of side events, Open Society Africa says the summit comes as 25 African countries prepare for presidential or parliamentary elections.
The five-day conference which ends on March 31, 2023, is co-hosted by the United States, Costa Rica, the Netherlands, the Republic of Korea, and the Republic of Zambia.
