The Presidential Election Petition Court in Abuja has issued a verdict affirming that Bola Ahmed Tinubu had been legitimately elected.

The current Nigerian president’s victory aligns with the initial declaration of results during the presidential election, held on February 25th, according to the decision made Wednesday.

The judgment was rendered in response to petitions lodged by Peter Obi of the Labour Party and Atiku Abu-Bakr of the Peoples’ Democratic Party, along with the Allied Peoples Movement.
