No less than five hundred people were arrested by the Nigerian police in the northcentral State of Kaduna in two months of sweep operations.
Those arrested are suspects for various offenses ranging from banditry, culpable homicide, rail tracks vandalism, armed cattle rustling, and other related crimes.
