As the death toll from the accidental drone strike on villagers in Kaduna, Northwest Nigeria, last Sunday has climbed to 127, the military authorities have pledged a comprehensive investigation to ascertain the cause of the drone strike mishap.
General Edward Buba, the Director of Defence Media Operations, addressed the issue during a biweekly briefing on troops’ operations in Abuja.
He emphasized the Armed Forces’ profound concern about civilian casualties during operations, underscoring their commitment to minimizing harm to civilians.
