The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has approved for the female national team to participate in the Women Championship to be held in Turkey.
The federation says the Super Falcons will also play an international friendly match with Morocco.
Nigeria national female team last played a football match in October 2019 after a defeat by Cote d’Ivoire in the Olympic Games Qualifier.
NFF says it has approved invitational tours of Turkey and Morocco proposed by the female team.
Despite not playing a single game in 2020, the reigning African Champions Nigeria climbed a step to 37th in the FIFA ranking while maintaining top spot in Africa.
