Following widespread public outrage in Nigeria over the detention of minors involved in August’s #EndBadGovernance protests, Nigerian President Bola Tinubu has ordered their immediate release. 

This announcement was made on Monday by Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, following a meeting at the State House.
