In Nigeria’s National Assembly, plenary was briefly disrupted today when power outage forced Senators to abandon proceedings.
The plenary however commenced after power was restored some minutes later.
The President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio, who apologized for the temporary hitch, described the outage as a technical glitch.
