A patrol team of the Nigerian Navy has arrested a vessel in Lagos suspected to be carrying stolen crude oil.
The vessel, flagged St. Vincent & Grenadines, had 11 crew onboard at the time of arrest. Mustapha Hassan is the Flag Officer Commanding, Western Naval Command.
