6 pupils have died after an Improvised Explosive Device exploded near a local Islamic school in Borno, North Eastern Nigeria.
Several others have sustained various degrees of injury. The tragic incident which happened on Saturday was as a result of an undetonated IED which was picked up by a scrap collector and stored alongside other scrap metals near the school.
