Former Nigeria international and newly-appointed head coach of the Super Eagles of Nigeria Emmanuel Amuneke has reportedly retuned gratitude for the job

Media reports in Nigeria say the former Super Eagles player thanked the Nigeria Football Federation NFF for giving him the job.

Recall, the NFF in surprise news announced the decision to appoint Amuneke having stated that the job will be given to Portuguese Portuguese manager José Peseiro.

Amuneke was quoted as “I’m grateful to Nigerians and the Federation for looking in my direction.
