Thousands of people have been rendered homeless in Kogi State, North Central Nigeria as a result of ravaging flood while several roads have also been cut off making movement in and out of the affected areas impossible.
Among the victims of the weekend flood are some members of the Kogi State House of Assembly who've been forced out of their quarters in Lokoja, the State capital, as flood took over their official quarters.
