Nigeria's House of Representatives has mandated the Inspector General of Police, IGP to immediately commission and take over the investigation and prosecution of those behind the alleged kidnapping, sexual assault and killing of a graduate of the University of Uyo, Iniubong Ephraim Umoren in Uyo last week.
