As the Judicial Panel of Enquiry to investigate abuses by the disbanded SARS in Delta State commenced sitting on Tuesday, Chairman of the Panel, Justice Celestina Ogisi, has decried lack of submission of complaints by members of the public as she called on lawyers to offer pro bono services in assisting victims to file complaints. 

This is coming as a similar Panel in Lagos State enters day 4 of sitting with victims coming forward with testimonies including a man on a wheelchair who said he was pushed down by the rogue operatives from a two story building in an attempt to kill him.
