In Nigeria, Governor of the commercial hub Lagos Baba-jide Sanwo Olu has decried the tragic building collapse in the state which has so far claimed 21 lives, saying mistakes were made from all angles.

The governor briefed the media about the tragedy when he visited the site of the building collapse on Wednesday, where emergency workers remain engaged in a rescue operation.
