In South South Nigeria, six illegal oil refinery installations in Opu Arugbana, Degema Local Government Area of Rivers State, were recently demolished by air strikes conducted by the Air Component of “Operation Delta Safe” from the Nigerian Air Force.

The military operation, as informed by sources, was executed on December 23, 2023, based on intelligence insights.
