Reflecting the strengthening relationship between Niger and Russia, Russian Deputy Minister of Defense Iounus-Bek Evkourov has arrived in Niamey for a significant visit.
This visit, following the military coup in July 2023 that deposed President Mohamed Bazoum, includes strategic discussions aimed at boosting bilateral cooperation.
