The military authority in Niger has reacted to the decision of the Beninese president to ban exports of Nigerien oil.

This measure is justified by the refusal of Niamey to reopen the border with Benin by Patrice Talon.

At a press conference held on Saturday, Nigerien Prime Minister Mahamane Lamine Zeine said that the decision was contrary to the cooperation agreement concluded between these two countries in relation to this project.
