In Cote D’Ivoire, the Former President Henri Konan Bedie has died.
The news of his demise emerged late Tuesday after news portals cited sources close to the family.
Bedie, president of the Democratic Party of Côte d’Ivoire was reportedly sick from an unknown illness and transferred to the International Poly-clinic Sainte-Anne-Marie in Abidjan where he took his last breath.
He was 89 years old.
