The Gambia’s National Human Rights Commission Chief, Emmanuel Joof, on Tuesday, revealed that President Adama Barrow appreciates his work, even though he occasionally makes comments that the government may not favour.
Joof also highlighted the notable achievements of the commission while emphasizing the importance of maintaining peace in the country.
Meanwhile, President Barrow is set to depart for Liberia today to participate in the celebration of the county’s independence.
