And to health news…A new report suggests that at least 1.4 million deaths could have been avoided if governments had focused their efforts on access to drinking water, sanitation, and hygiene.
The report by the World Health Organisation WHO states that half the world’s population still does not have access to adequate clean water which causes huge health problems.
The UN Health Agency is urging governments to put in place urgent measures to address the situation.
