A new study has found gender and gender-based violence against journalists to be on the rise. According to a new report by UNESCO, three out of four women are victims of online violence.

A document published over the weekend as part of World Press Freedom Day 2021 which is being observed today (Monday) May 3.

This UNESCO report follows a survey with more than 900 journalists in 125 countries.
