More than 100,000 children, who have been forced to flee the conflict in Sudan, are now facing a series of new dangers and find themselves in a desperate situation in Chad, as stated by the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in a recent statement released on Monday.
Highlighting the gravity of the situation, Jacques Boyer, the representative of UNICEF in Chad, emphasizes the horrors experienced by these children and their families in Sudan are quickly evolving into a serious crisis within the borders of Chad.
