In Mali, the Constitutional Court has declared as inadmissible the requests to confirm the end of the transition from two magistrates and prosecutors’ unions, as well as some civil society organizations

According to the country’s highest court, the plaintiffs lacked the legal capacity to come before the Court over the matter.

The Constitutional Court also deemed itself incompetent to annul the decision to suspend the activities of political parties and politically oriented associations.
