The Observatory for Elections and Good Governance has appealed to the Supreme Court to reverse the decision to dissolve it.

The leaders of this civil group aim to resume their activities following the submission of two appeal letters to the administrative section of the court.

The organization was dissolved by transitional authorities in December 2023, following statements made by its president that the government deemed likely to disrupt public order.
