Mali’s transitional authorities are taking steps to establish a new, independent IT system for the country.
Introduced by Colonel Assimi Goïta, this sovereign IT system, named Mali Kura Biometrics, has been crafted by national experts to ensure the nation’s digital independence.
The system will also be utilized to oversee the management of the RAVEC civil status census databases.
