Mali's transitional government's action plan was approved on Monday, February 22, by the majority of national transition advisers at the Bamako International Conference Center.
One hundred of them voted for, four chose to be against and three abstained.
According to the local media, many measures were announced by the Prime Minister during the exchanges, but concerning the elections, the exact dates are still not known by the Malian public.
They say some national advisers showed their concern for the respect of the duration of the transition by judging this action plan too ambitious for the period granted to the government.
The Prime Minister recalled that "President Bah Ndaw has clearly expressed his willingness to respect" the duration of the transition set at 18 months.
Meanwhile, the transition government has announced the referendum in the second quarter of this year.
