Liberian Vice President Jewel Howard Taylor has highlighted the role of women’s rights campaigners in the country amid the increase in cases of sexual and gender-based violence against women and girls.
Speaking during a celebration marking her 60th birthday, Madam Taylor, said rights defenders must be applauded for the level of work across Liberia.
