Finance Minister Samuel Tweah says Liberia’s recent progress in the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) scorecard indicates that the government is doing more to impact development and improve living standards.

Speaking in Monrovia Tuesday, the Minister said the passage now put the country in a proper position to apply for the MCC compact slated for December this year.
