The Liberia Electoral Commission has initiated an investigation into potential violations of election campaign regulations ahead of the upcoming October polls.

According to David-Etta Brown-Lansanah, the Chairperson of the commission, there have been reports of pre-election campaigning activities by certain candidates that violate the rules, leading to public outcry.

To address these concerns, the commission has begun documenting potential campaign violations.
