Liberia’s electoral commission has signed a memorandum of Understanding with Integrity Watch Liberia to monitor the 2023 campaign financing of political parties, coalitions, collaborations and independent candidates.

The country’s electoral laws clearly prohibit foreign influence including the financing of political parties and candidates during the electioneering period.
