Liberians residing at the Buduburam Refugee Camp in Ghana are today, Tuesday, saying goodbye to the country that has hosted them for about 34 years as they begin their journeys back home to Liberia.
Established in 1990 by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, the Buduburam Refugee Camp has hosted thousands of Liberians who fled the Liberian Civil War that ended in 2003, leaving more than 250,000 people dead.
WADR’s Darlington Porkpa has the report.
