Civil Society Organizations, Rights Activists, and Liberians have reacted to the instigating and inciteful statement from a serving Senator Prince Johnson under the major opposition Unity Party.
The former warlord turned politician threatened to spark violence reminiscent of the Arab Spring should the government interfere with the upcoming elections on October 10.
Johnson’s comment over the weekend has not gone down well with many especially those with vivid memory of the civil wars that killed thousands of people.
Prince Johnson was in the 90’s infamously captured killing Liberia’s former president, Samuel K. Doe.
Talking to WADR on this is Tamba Johnson, a rights activist.
