A group of aggrieved members of the United Methodist Church have staged a protest against the Churches’ decision to endorse same sex marriage.
Recently, the United Methodist General Conference (the church’s global legislative body) held in the United States voted to overturn earlier ban on LGBTQ people; the historic change include a new definition of marriage as a lifelong covenant between “two people of faith,” something the Liberian membership are kicking against.
