The Press Union of Liberia (PUL) says it is troubled by the shooting and killing of Journalist Chris David, a reporter of Radio Paraclete in Gbarnga City, central Liberia. 

The Union says journalist David lifeless body was discovered Friday morning along the Gbarnga-Lofa road with gunshots wounds.

The umbrella organization of journalists described the killing of the journalist as barbaric and called on Liberia National Police and other relevant state security to speedily investigate, pursue and bring to justice the perpetrators.
