Liberian newly appointed Minister of Defense Prince Charles Johnson has resigned following mounting pressure from protesting wives of personnel of the armed forces of Liberia.
For the past four days now, wives of the army personnel have been protesting the nomination of Mr. Johnson as defense Minister by the President, accusing him of reportedly misappropriating money intended for soldiers among others.
