Liberia’s defeated Presidential candidate of the Liberia National Union Party, Clarence Moniba, has opted not to endorse either candidate in the upcoming November 14 presidential runoff election.
Following the initial October 10 polls, none of the 20 presidential candidates secured the constitutional mandate of 50 percent plus one vote required for an outright victory, leading to the need for a second round of voting.
