There appears to be a still mate between the government and the opposition of Cote d’Ivoire.
Opponents rejected Prime Minister Hamed Bakayoko’s invitation to the negotiating table to discuss the political situation marred by a crisis, before the October 31 presidential election.
The opponents stressed that they will not discuss with the head of the government who is the judge and party in the crisis.
Pascal Affi Nguessan, president of the Ivorian Popular Front explained this position at a press conference on Wednesday in Abidjan.
