Liberia’s healthcare system may soon face widespread disruption, as the Health Workers Association of Liberia  announces plans for a nationwide protest.

The association, representing nurses, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals, is demanding that the Ministry of Health implement a policy designed to improve working conditions and increase salaries.
