Lately among West Africans, trying to break the Guinness World Record (GWR) has become the buzzword, after Nigeria’s Hilda Baci tried to break the record for longest cooking hours.

The 27-year-old Nigerian chef, Hilda Baci set a new global record for the longest hours of nonstop cooking as she toiled in the kitchen for 100 hours.

Guinness World Records has confirmed Hilda Baci has the new record holder for the longest cooking marathon by an individual.

Moreover, it is no longer news that another Nigerian, a chef from Ekiti state, Damilola Adeparusi has thrown in the gauntlet to dethrone Hilda Baci and clinch the longest cooking hours record done by a chef.
