Activities of gunmen and kidnappers has put the rural community in the Kuje Area Council of Nigeria’s capital, Abuja in constant fear.

Known as Pegi, the community in Nigeria’s capital is facing numerous challenges.

The over 17,000 people who reside in the community live in constant fear of attacks by gunmen, locally called bandits and kidnappers.
