The memorandum was dispatched by the assembly of political coalitions and overarching civil society entities that were involved in the 2022 dialogue. 

In this comprehensive 8-page document, participants voiced their criticism of the management of the ongoing transition; mainly, the infrequent communication between the government and their own representatives. 

After a fortnight of discussions, the assembly reached a consensus on the contents of the memorandum presented to the government on Wednesday.

With regard to the required funding for the implementation of the 10 points outlined in the schedule, participants have suggested transition authorities use the national budget.
