The Guinean ex-Head of State Captain Moussa Dadis Camara’s legal team is taking his case to the Supreme Court, arguing that he should not be excluded from the army after his brief escape from Conakry’s central prison almost a week ago.
His lawyers contend that he didn’t escape but was actually abducted by the commando that assaulted the prison.
An investigation has been initiated against Dadis Camara and two other former army officers for their suspected involvement in the deadly attack on Conakry’s central prison.
