The Dixinn Court of First Instance in Guinea on Monday announced the verdict regarding the case involving the Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Alphonse Charles Wright, and several leaders of the National Front for the Defence of the Constitution FNDC.
The court, however, says it lacks jurisdiction to pass judgment on the case and referred the FNDC to pursue further legal recourse.
The leaders of the FNDC had taken legal action against the Minister of Justice and Human Rights, accusing him of “slanderous denunciation, defamation, public insults, violence and assault, and abuse of authority.
