Guinea’s Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected the request for provisional release made by the lawyers of Toumba Diakité, former aide-de-camp to Captain Moussa Dadis Camara.
The Supreme Court has instead validated the decisions of the court of first instance and the court of appeal.
Toumba's lawyers are planning to take the case to the supra-national courts.
